Active student records are retained for the duration of the enrolled course plus 3 years for academic record verification. Financial and transaction records are retained for 7 years per Indian statutory tax regulations.

After the required retention window expires, all personal records are securely deleted or permanently anonymized.

EduQuest's services are primarily designed for high school and university students aged 13 and above. For students under 18, parental or guardian consent is required during course enrolment.

Parents or legal guardians may review, modify, or request deletion of their child's personal information by reaching out to us.
